Our Story
“Near the majestic Mount Etna lies the charming commune of Troina, on the island of Sicily.”
Since 1900, the Messina family has preserved Sicilian culinary traditions. In 1958, Silvestro Messina arrived in Brazil carrying family recipes that still delight guests today. In 2017, Leonardo Messina founded Troina in São José dos Campos, turning that heritage into a gastronomic experience.
